Winemaking Notes: 100% Dolcetto, 13% ABV, from Neviglie e Barolo, Italy

Food Pairing: This is a very versatile wine! It goes amazingly with cold meat starters, soups and pastas. It can also be enjoyed with light meats. The locals even have it slightly chilled in summer months and sipped with an array of cold starter dishes.
