Nottage Hill Cabernet Sauvignon flaunts a deep violet colour accompanied by ruby hues. A whiff of the wine reveals mulberry, blackberry and dark cherry aromas, with hints of mint, sage and tobacco oak lurking in the background. This medium- to full-bodied Cabernet reveals an intense and plush palate, brimming with flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, aniseed spice, and black pepper. Fine tannins and soft acidity complemented by refreshing cherry sweetness culminate in a toasty and lingering climax, marked by mint and vanilla characters.
