Sky Heights Cabernet Sauvignon NV
Sky Heights Cabernet Sauvignon, with impenetrable mauve and violet hues, it has intense aromas of red berries, sweet blackberry jam, a touch of vanillin oak and Eucalypt characters. Subtle fine velvet tannins marry perfectly with the intense, concentrated palate of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant and well integrated oak to create complexity and depth that persists to a long, flavoursome finish.

Tyrrells Old Winery Shiraz 2022
Deep red in colour with a bright purple rim. A smooth, soft and spicy red wine with aromas of dark ripe fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is full of rich shiraz flavours and is supported by firm tannins which provide good length and complexity.

Yellow Tail Colour Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
A fruit forward aroma of red cherry, blackberry and raspberry with a hint of spicy vanilla oak. Smooth and velvety, with notes of cherries, blackberries and a hint of liquorice and spice.

Magic Box Collection Amazing Cabernet 2019
Deep purple in colour and intrigue, this wine enchants with powerful aromas of blackberry and dark plum. Unmistakably a South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a soft yet compelling tannin profile. The palate has a bounty of fruit weight balanced by oak flavours of vanilla and mocha.

Hello! Shiraz 2020
This wine’s tasting notes are leaning towards full bodied, low sweetness, with medium acidity, very fruity, medium tannins, medium alcohol and no oak.>As with most Shiraz, this bottle is going to very happily sit alongside char grilled and barbecued red meats - ribs, homemade burgers, steaks, and chops of all kinds - and it’s a winner with rustic bean burgers, lentil stews, eggplant, red capsicum, and mushroom dishes, too. Chili con carne (especially with a bit of dark chocolate in the mix) is a winner, and you’ll also get great results from a hearty cottage pie or similar pub lunch classic!
