Grant Burge Filsell Barossa Valley Shiraz 2017
The Filsell Shiraz has an incredible depth of colour, deep purple red to the core. The nose displays aromas of blueberry, plum, dark chocolate, mocha and vanilla. The sensual, full bodied palate offers rich flavours of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla. A highly expressive Filsell which certainly makes a statement. Whilst approachable now this wine can be confidently cellared for 20 years+ after release. Partner it with rich beef dishes such as a tenderloin or slow cooked beef cheeks.

Nightfall The Balance Coonawarra Cabernet Blend 2016
Dense dark purple colour in colour, with a classic Coonawarra bouquet of black current, cherry and sweet vanilla oak characters. The palate demonstrates a classic ‘dry red’ style with rich midpalate fruit and density, balanced with fine Cabernet tannins and length.

Fox Creek Limited Release McLaren Vale Grenache 2019
The fruit for our single vineyard Grenache comes from almost 100-year- old bush vines which produce a wine of delicate beauty and finesse with beautifully textured tannins that give the wine focus and length.
A delicate nose, with lifted florals of rose petal and violets mingling with red fruits of strawberry and pomegranate over freshly dried herbs of thyme and sage. Bright strawberry, sour cherry and fresh raspberry fruit provide a sweetness that persists across the palate that is given focus and structure by lively acidity and grippy tannins.

Wolf Blass Makers' Project Malbec 2019
Rather than crushing all the grapes, Makers’ Project Malbec is fermented with a portion of whole berries. This encourages fermentation to take place inside the berry itself, allowing a soft extraction of tannins and a distinctive, fruit driven aroma that sets the wine apart from more traditionally made Malbec. Bright, juicy fruit, notes of spice and a long, smooth finish make this wine simply unforgettable.

Tyrrell's Rufus Stone Heathcote Shiraz 2021
A wonderfully fragrant, intoxicating aroma of dark berries and white pepper. The palate is medium to full bodied with fruit intensity that is only seen in the great vintages. The palate is impeccably long and balanced, the best Heathcote Shiraz vintage since 2006.

Brands Laira Marching Captain Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Vibrant bright Crimson red with deep purple hues. Showing a lifted perfumed nose of blackcurrant and mulberry fruit and followed up by a lingering spicy chocolate oak character.Rich blackcurrant, blackberry fruit are upfront with hints of nutmeg oak flavours finishing the palate. Supple varietal tannins give classical framework and weight to the wine which finishes with lingering chocolate oak, velvety tannins and an elegant finish.
