Vivid Crush Pinot Noir 2019 (12 Bottles)

The Vivid Crush Pinot Noir has an expressive nose of ripe plums, dark berries and a hint of forest floor. The palate is fruit-driven with a core of supple red berry and cherry flavours highlighted by smoky spice complexity. Bright acidity and fine tannins provide definition to the long finish.

Dee Vine Estate Merlot 2019

A mild spring and good growth of the canopy protected the fruit from the hot summer this season, producing rich ripe fruit this vintage. Harvested in early March, when the baume was 13.5, fermented in stainless steel tanks and left to mature on French Oak. Soft and fruity, this subtle Merlot shows spicy varietal flavours such as juicy plums and ripe dark fruits. Succulent sweet cherry with a hint of liquorice spice and French Oak for the perfect finish.

Yellow Tail Shiraz Grenache 2016

Yellow Tail Shiraz Grenache is everything a great wine should be - lush, vibrant and easy to drink. Flavours of raspberries, blackcurrant, liquorice and spice. Enjoy with lamb and good conversation.

Wolf Blass 'Blass' Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Richly flavoured with dark berry and plum, the palate is smooth and generous, with fine, structural tannins and lingering fruit.

De Bortoli 'Scarlett's Brook'Cabernet Merlot 2018

In the glass: Deep red violet. On the nose: Plum, dark cherry, raspberry, earth and cedar. On the palate: Shows a ripe core of red and black fruit with black pepper notes making for a savoury, earthy, medium-weight style with some mocha on the ripe finish.

Rosemount '7 Trick Pony' Shiraz 2015

Grown in McLaren Vale, South Australia, Rosemount 7 Trick Pony Shiraz 2015 displays notes of dark plums and dark cherries supported by an underlying tone of dark chocolate. The palate is fine and refreshing, bursting with berry fruits flavours supported by smooth and velvety tannins.
