Rosemount '7 Trick Pony' Shiraz 2015

Grown in McLaren Vale, South Australia, Rosemount 7 Trick Pony Shiraz 2015 displays notes of dark plums and dark cherries supported by an underlying tone of dark chocolate. The palate is fine and refreshing, bursting with berry fruits flavours supported by smooth and velvety tannins.

Rouge Homme Coonawarra Shiraz 2017
From one of Australia's most renowned wine regions, Coonawarra is famous for producing red wines of premium quality. The Rouge Homme Coonawarra Shiraz is a wine with solid structure and persistent flavour; Dense red fruits, liquorice, cedar with a juicy mouthfeel and a hint of pepper and spice, this elegant style of Shiraz would be a great accompaniment to roast lamb or any meat based dish.

Peter Lehmann Wines 'Portrait' Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Peter Lehmann consistently produces great Barossa Cabernet. This wine offers aromas of chocolate, cassis and sweet spice and the palate has deep, seamless fruit all through. Superb drinking.

Vibrant Harvest Barossa Valley Shiraz 2016
The Vibrant Harvest range was created to̴ celebrate the unique terroirs found in Australia by showcasing varietals from the regions most suited to them. The range encompasses Barossa Valley Shiraz, Yarra Valley Chardonnay, Coonawarra Cabernet and more. Taste your way around Australia with Vibrant Harvest. This fine Barossa shiraz is generous, rich and silky smooth with swathes of juicy plum, cassis, raspberry and just a touch of dark chocolate from time spent in quality French oak.

Tyrrell's Old Winery Shiraz 2018
The grapes were primarily sourced from parcels of Heathcote and McLaren Vale vineyards. The winemaking process for this wine was completed at our Hunter Valley winery in a combination of open top fermenters and stainless steel potter tanks. Maturation for the wine took place in a mixture of French and American oak barrels between 12 and 15 months after the grapes were picked. Deep red in colour with a bright purple rim. A smooth, soft and spicy red wine with aromas of dark ripe fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is full of rich shiraz flavours and is supported by firm tannins which provide good length and complexity. An ideal accompaniment to traditional red meat dishes, tomato based pastas and matured cheeses.

Peter Lehmann Wines Clancys Red 2016
The great Australian poet Banjo Patterson immortalised Clancy of the Overflow in his ode to all that is good and true living on the land. Peter Lehmann honoured Clancy's legend in the early 90s with a classic Australian blend that is as true to the land as Clancy. Like the loyal drover, they always deliver and in turn have become legendary in their own right. American Wine Spectator has named Clancy's in its Top 100 Wines of the Year no less over five times. The blend is made up from 39% Shiraz, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 23% Merlot adds up to 100% incredible value.

St Hubert's Cabernet Merlot 2017
Medium-dark garnet with crimson hues. The nose is inviting, with brooding dark fruits, blackberries and brambly/briary fruits. The Upper Yarra Merlot gives hints of black olives and liquorice and the Cabernet provides the classic cassis and leaf core. The wine is medium bodied, vibrant and balanced. A soft and fleshy palate displays cassis, plum, cedar and spice flavours. Restrained oak and soft tannins frame the wine nicely. A great luncheon style claret from an excellent vintage.

Baileys of Glenrowan Shiraz 2017
Baileys of Glenrowan was one of the original pioneers of wine production in North-East Victoria and produced its first vintage in 1870. Since this time Baileys has become renowned for consistently producing intensely flavoured rich wines. Baileys of Glenrowan continues to be recognised today as a world-class producer of full flavoured reds and luscious fortified wines.
